I've been cruising through the book of Exodus for my devotions and as I was reading chapters 2 and 3 there were a couple of verses that intrigued my spirit.
"So God heard their groaning" (2:24) and "The Lord said, 'I have surely seen the oppression of My people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry" (3:7).
ISN'T GREAT TO KNOW THAT WE WORSHIP A GOD WHO SEES AND HEARS? There are many times in my life when I have cried out to God. Many people would say, "What a waste of time." BUT NOT I. I know that my God HEARS my cry and SEES my pain and I know that He will respond in due time, because HE IS A GOD THAT SEES ME AND HEARS ME, and for that I am extremely thankful.
