Derry Gibson is calling all CCC family members to give up at least 1 meal on Friday, Sept. 11 and spend the time in prayer, instead of eating.  The purpose for the prayer and fasting is two-fold:

1.  For our Nation - Millions of people in this country need to repent of their sins and come to Christ.  We need to pray not only for those in need of Jesus, but for our governmental leaders to humble themselves and to seek God.

2.  Tom Lueders - Tom is a well-loved member of CCC and he will be going through MAJOR surgery on this day.  We want to pray for his life, recovery, and his wife and boys.
